The code of practice for inspection and scrapping of steel wire ropes for hoisting machinery

is implemented in accordance with gb/t code of practice for inspection and scrapping of steel wire ropes for hoisting machinery. The scrapping standard of steel wire ropes is as follows: natural conditions are inferior:

Irregularly distributed damage: within the length range of 6 times the diameter of the steel wire rope, the total number of broken wires is more than 5% of the total number of steel wires in the steel wire rope

Broken wires can be seen locally on the steel wire rope: there are more than three broken wires gathered together

Concentrated broken wires appear on the surface of the eyelet

Centralized broken wires in metal casing, plug-in place and plug-in connecting rope strand

Serious wear of steel wire rope: the measured diameter and size of steel wire rope are worth choosing The above information is for reference only, which is less than 90% of the increasingly scarce environmental diameter of various resources in the original nominal diameter

The steel wire rope is seriously rusted: the flexibility is reduced, the surface is obviously rough, and the measured size of the rusted part is less than 93% of the original nominal diameter

Distortion, crushing, core damage, flattening more than 20% of the original nominal diameter due to knotting and twisting after the last round of bending and extrusion Thermal damage of steel wire rope: arc melting, molten metal scalding, strength reduction

Connectors and connections are severely squeezed, worn and slipped out
