Code for construction and acceptance of gas fire extinguishing systems (gb50263-97) is now approved as a mandatory national standard and will be implemented from August 1, 1997

additional description

1 General

1.0.1 in order to ensure the construction quality of gas fire extinguishing system and protect the safety of people and property in the setting place, this specification is formulated

1.0.2 this specification is applicable to the construction, acceptance and maintenance management of carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system, Halon 1211 fire extinguishing system and halon 1301 fire extinguishing system set in industrial and civil buildings

1.0.3 the construction and acceptance of gas fire extinguishing system should comply with relevant national regulations, guidelines and policies, so as to be safe, practical, technologically advanced and economically reasonable

1.0.4 in addition to the provisions of this specification, the construction and acceptance of gas fire extinguishing system should also comply with the provisions of the current national standards and specifications

2 construction preparation

2.1 general provisions

2.1.1 before the construction of gas fire extinguishing system, the following technical data should be available:

2.1.1.1 design construction drawings, design instructions, operation and maintenance instructions of the system and its main components

2.1.1.2 factory certificate of system components such as container valve, selector valve, check valve, nozzle and valve driving device and inspection report issued by the national quality supervision, inspection and testing center; Ex factory inspection report and certificate of conformity of fire extinguishing agent transmission pipeline and pipeline accessories

2.1.1.3 products that cannot be reinspected used in the system, such as safety diaphragms, should have the inspection report and certificate of conformity of the same batch of products issued by the manufacturer

2.1.2 the construction of gas fire extinguishing system should meet the following conditions:

2.1.2.1 the setting conditions of protection area and fire extinguishing agent storage bottle room are consistent with the design

2.1.2.2 the system components and main materials are complete, and their varieties, specifications and models meet the design requirements

2.1.2.3 the embedded parts and holes required by the system meet the design requirements

2.2 system component inspection

2.2.1 before the construction of the gas fire extinguishing system, the appearance of the system components such as the extinguishing agent storage container, container valve, selector valve, one-way valve, nozzle and valve driving device shall be inspected, and the following provisions shall be met:

2.2.1.1 the system components shall be free of collision deformation and other mechanical damage

2.2.1.2 the protective coating of exposed non machined surfaces of components is intact

2.2.1.3 all exposed interfaces of the assembly are equipped with protective plugs and covers, which are well sealed, and the interface thread and flange sealing surface are not damaged

2.2.1.4 the nameplate is clear, and its contents comply with the corresponding current national standards "code for design of Halon 1211 fire extinguishing system" gbj110, code for design of Halon 1301 fire extinguishing system "gb50163 and code for design of carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system" gb50193

2.2.1.5 protect the same protection area. The specifications of fire extinguishing agent storage containers in large steel enterprises should be consistent, and the height difference should not exceed 20mm

2.2.1.6 the specification of the gas storage container of the pneumatic drive device should be consistent, and its height difference should not exceed 10mm

2.2.2 before the installation of the gas fire extinguishing system, the filling volume and filling pressure in the fire extinguishing agent storage container should be checked, and should meet the following requirements:

2.2.2.1 the filling volume of the fire extinguishing agent storage container should not be less than the design filling volume, and should not exceed 1.5% of the design filling volume

2.2.2.2 the actual pressure in the halogenated alkyl fire extinguishing agent storage container shall not be lower than the storage pressure at the corresponding temperature, and shall not exceed 5% of the storage pressure

2.2.2.3 the storage pressure of extinguishing agent at different temperatures shall be determined according to Appendix A of this specification

note: the pressure not indicated in this specification refers to gauge pressure

2.2.3 before the installation of the gas fire extinguishing system, the hydraulic strength test and pneumatic tightness test shall be carried out one by one for the selector valve, liquid one-way valve, high-pressure hose and gas one-way valve in the valve driving device, and the following provisions shall be met:

2.2.3.1 the test pressure of the hydraulic strength test shall be 1.5 times the design working pressure of the system components, and the test pressure of the pneumatic tightness test shall be the design working pressure of the system components

2.2.3.2 during the hydraulic strength test, the water temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃. After reaching the test pressure, the pressure stabilization time should not be less than 1min. During the pressure stabilization, the test piece should be free of deformation by visual inspection

2.2.3.3 the pneumatic tightness test should be carried out after the hydraulic strength test. The pressurized medium can be air or nitrogen. During the test, the system components should be immersed in water. After reaching the test pressure, the stabilization time should not be less than 5min. During the stabilization period, there should be no bubble overflowing from the test piece

2.2.3.4 after the system components pass the test, they should be dried in time and all exposed interfaces should be closed

2.2.4 before the installation of the gas fire extinguishing system, the valve driving device should be checked and should meet the following requirements:

2.2.4.1 the power supply voltage of the electromagnetic driving device should meet the system design requirements. Power on and check the electromagnetic iron core. Its stroke should meet the requirements of system startup, and the action should be flexible without jamming

2.2.4.2 the gas pressure in the storage container of pneumatic drive device shall not be lower than the design pressure, and shall not exceed 5% of the design pressure

2.2.4.3 the one-way valve core in the pneumatic drive device shall be opened and closed flexibly without jamming

3 construction

3.1 general provisions

3.1.1 the construction of gas fire extinguishing system shall be carried out according to the design and construction drawings and corresponding technical documents, and shall not be changed at will. When modification is required, it shall be approved by the original design unit

3.1.2 the construction of gas fire extinguishing system shall be recorded according to the contents specified in Appendix B of this specification. The pipes under the floor, on the ceiling or in other concealed areas of the protection area shall be recorded for the intermediate acceptance of concealed works according to the contents specified in Appendix C of this specification

the table forms in Appendix B and Appendix C of this specification can be adjusted according to the structural form of the gas fire extinguishing system and the specific conditions of the protective area

3.1.3 the fabrication of collecting pipes, the installation of valves and high-pressure hoses, the fabrication and installation of pipes and supports, as well as the purging, testing and painting of pipes shall not only comply with the provisions of this specification, but also comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards. 3.2 installation of fire extinguishing agent storage container

3.2.1 the filling and pressurization of fire extinguishing agent in the storage container should be completed in the manufacturer

3.2.2 the distance between the operating surface of the storage container and the wall or the operating surface should not be less than 1.0m

3.2.3 the pressure gauge on the storage container should face the operating surface, and the installation height and direction should be consistent

3.2.4 the supports and frames of storage containers should be firmly fixed, and anti-corrosion measures should be taken

3.2.5 the name of the extinguishing agent and the number of the storage container specified in the design shall be marked on the front of the storage container

3.3 fabrication and installation of collecting pipe

3.3.1 the collecting pipe of the combined distribution system should be fabricated by welding. Before welding, what impresses people deeply about each opening is that entrepreneurial enthusiasm should be made by machining

the collector pipe made of steel pipe shall be galvanized inside and outside after welding. The quality of galvanized coating shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard galvanized welded steel pipes for low pressure fluid transportation gb3091

3.3.2 the header of the combined distribution system shall be subject to hydraulic strength test and pneumatic tightness test in accordance with the provisions of article 2.2.3 of this specification

3.3.3 the strength test and pneumatic tightness test of the collecting pipe of the non combined distribution system can be carried out together with the pipe

3.3.4 the inner cavity should be cleaned and the inlet and outlet should be closed before the installation of the collecting pipe

3.3.5 the collecting pipe should be fixed on the branch and frame. The supports and frames shall be firmly fixed and shall be subject to anti-corrosion treatment

3.3.6 the outer surface of the collecting pipe shall be painted with red paint

3.3.7 for the collecting pipe equipped with pressure relief device, the pressure relief direction of the pressure relief device should not face the operating surface

3.4 installation of selector valve

3.4.1 the operating handle of selector valve should be installed on one side of the operating surface. When the installation height exceeds 1.7m, measures should be taken to facilitate operation

3.4.2 for the selector valve with threaded connection, the union joint should be used at the connection with the pipeline

3.4.3 permanent signboard indicating the name or number of the protection area shall be set on the selector valve, and the signboard shall be fixed near the operating handle

3.5 installation of valve driving device

3.5.1 the electrical connection line of the electromagnetic driving device should be fixed along the support, frame or wall of the fixed extinguishing agent storage container

3.5.2 the installation of cable type manual drive device shall comply with the following provisions:

3.5.2.1 except for the exposed parts, the cable shall be protected by steel pipes with internal and external anti-corrosion treatment

3.5.2.2 a special pulley with high guiding accuracy and used to test the pressure of objects or materials should be used at the turning of the cable

3.5.2.3 the handle at the end of the cable shall be set in a special protection box

3.5.2.4 the cable sleeve and protective box must be firmly fixed

3.5.3 when installing the mechanical driving device with the gravity of the object as the driving force, it should ensure that the weight is not blocked in the falling stroke, and its stroke should exceed the stroke required for valve opening by 25mm

3.5.4 the installation of pneumatic drive device shall meet the following requirements:
