Code for construction and acceptance of automatic fire alarm system

chapter I General Provisions

article 1.0.1 in order to improve the construction quality of automatic fire alarm system, ensure the normal operation of the system, prevent and reduce fire hazards, and protect personal and property safety, this specification is hereby formulated

article 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of automatic fire alarm systems in industrial and civil buildings, and is not applicable to the construction and acceptance of automatic fire alarm systems set in places with explosion hazards such as the production and storage of gunpowder, explosives, initiating explosive devices, etc

article 1.0.3 the construction of automatic fire alarm system must be supervised by the public security fire supervision organization. The system must be checked and accepted by the public security fire supervision organization before being delivered for use

article 1.0.4 construction and acceptance of automatic fire alarm system. In addition to the implementation of this specification, it should also comply with the provisions of the current national standards and specifications

Chapter II system construction

section 1 general provisions

Article 2.1.1 the construction of automatic fire alarm system shall be carried out in accordance with the design drawings and shall not be changed at will

article 2.1.2 before the construction of automatic fire alarm system, equipment layout plan, wiring diagram, installation diagram, system diagram and other necessary technical documents shall be available

article 2.1.3 when the automatic fire alarm system is completed, the construction unit shall submit the following documents:

I. as built drawings

II. Written records of design changes

III. construction records (including acceptance records of concealed works)

IV. inspection records (including test records of insulation resistance and grounding resistance)

v. completion report

section II wiring

Article 2.2.1 wiring of automatic fire alarm system shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard code for construction and acceptance of electrical equipment engineering

article 2.2.2 when wiring the automatic fire alarm system, the type and voltage level of wires should be checked according to the provisions of the current national standard code for design of automatic fire alarm system; You still don't get any benefit from your hard work

Article 2.2.3 threading in pipes or trunking should be carried out after the completion of building plastering and ground works. Before threading, remove the ponding and sundries in the pipe or trunking

article 2.2.4 lines with different systems, different voltage levels and different current categories should not be threaded in the same pipe or in the same slot of the trunking

article 2.2.5 the conductor shall not have joints or kinks in the pipe or trunking, and the conductor joints shall be welded in the junction box or connected with terminals

article 2.2.6 the pipe orifice and pipe connection of the pipeline laid in dusty or humid places shall be sealed

article 2.2.7 when the pipeline exceeds the following length, a junction box shall be installed at the place convenient for wiring:

I. when the pipe length exceeds 45m, there is no bending

II. When there is a bend every time the pipe length exceeds 30m

III. when there are two bends every time the pipe length exceeds 20m

IV. when the pipe length exceeds 12M, there are three bends

article 2.2.8 when the pipes are put into the box, the outside of the box should be covered with lock nuts, and the inside should be equipped with protective openings. When laying in the ceiling, the inside and outside of the box should be covered with lock nuts

article 2.2.9 when laying various pipelines and trunking in the ceiling, separate fixtures should be used for hoisting or support fixation

article 2.2.10 when the straight-line section of the trunking continues to be constructed on the waterproof layer, lifting points or fulcrums should be set every 1.0 ~ 1.5m, and lifting points or fulcrums should also be set in the following parts

I. at the junction of trunking

II. 0.2m away from the junction box

III. change of trunking trend or corner

article 2.2.11 the diameter of the suspender of the lifting wire shall not be less than 6mm

article 2.2.12 where the pipeline passes through the deformation joints (including settlement joints, expansion joints, seismic joints, etc.) of the building, compensation measures shall be taken, and the two sides of the deformation joints crossed by the conductor shall be fixed with appropriate allowance

article 2.2.13 after the wires of the automatic fire alarm system are laid, the insulation resistance of the wires of each circuit shall be measured with a 500V megger, and the ground insulation resistance value shall not be less than 20m Ω

section III installation of fire detectors

Article 2.3.1 the installation position of point type fire detectors shall comply with the following provisions:

1. The horizontal distance from the detector to the wall and beam edge shall not be less than 0.5m

II. There should be no shelter within 0.5m around the detector

III. the horizontal distance from the detector to the air supply outlet of the air conditioner shall not be less than 1.5m; The horizontal distance to the orifice of the porous air supply ceiling shall not be less than 0.5m

IV. when setting detectors on the ceiling of inner walkways with a width of less than 3m, they should be arranged in the middle. The installation spacing of temperature detectors shall not exceed 10m; The installation spacing of smoke detectors shall not exceed 15m. The distance between the detector and the end wall shall not be greater than half of the installation distance of the detector

v. the detector should be installed horizontally. If it must be installed obliquely, the inclination angle should not be greater than 45 degrees

article 2.3.2 linear fire detectors, combustible gas detectors and other detectors with special installation requirements shall comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards

article 2.3.3 the base of the detector shall be firmly fixed, and its wire connection must be reliably crimped or welded. When welding is used, corrosive flux shall not be used. Generally, arrive at the site within 2 working days

Article 2.3.4 the "ten" line of the detector should be red, "one" line should be blue, and the rest lines should be distinguished by other colors according to different uses, but the color of wires for the same purpose in the same project should be the same

article 2.3.5 the external conductor of the detector base shall have an allowance of not less than 15cm, and the incoming end shall be clearly marked

article 2.3.6 the threading hole of the detector base should be blocked, and protective measures should be taken for the detector base after installation

article 2.3.7 the confirmation light of the detector should face the main entrance direction convenient for personnel observation

article 2.3.8 the detector can only be installed when it is about to be commissioned. It should be properly kept before installation, and dust-proof, moisture-proof and corrosion-proof measures should be taken

Section IV installation of manual fire alarm buttons

article 2.4.1 manual fire alarm buttons should be installed on the wall at a height of 1.5m from the ground (floor)

article 2.4.2 manual fire alarm button shall be installed firmly and shall not tilt

article 2.4.3 the external conductor of the manual fire alarm button should have an allowance of not less than 10cm, and there should be obvious signs at its end

Section V installation of fire alarm controller

article 2.5.1 when the fire alarm controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) is installed on the wall, the height from its bottom edge to the ground (floor) shall not be less than 1.5m. When installed on the ground, its bottom should be 0.1 ~ 0.2m higher than the floor

article 2.5.2 the controller shall be installed firmly without tilting. When it is installed on the light wall, reinforcement measures should be taken

article 2.5.3 the cables or wires leading into the controller shall meet the following requirements:

first, the power button wires shall be neat, avoid crossing, and shall be firmly fixed

II. The ends of cable cores and wires shall be marked with numbers, which shall be consistent with the drawings, and the handwriting shall be clear and not easy to fade

III. the wiring of each terminal of the terminal board shall not exceed two

IV. the cable core and conductor shall have an allowance of not less than 20cm

v. wires shall be bound into bundles

VI. after the lead wire is threaded, it shall be blocked at the incoming pipe

article 2.5.4 the main power lead-in wire of the controller should be directly connected with the fire power supply, and it is strictly prohibited to use the power plug. The main power supply shall be clearly marked

article 2.5.5 the grounding of the controller shall be firm and clearly marked

section VI installation of fire control equipment

Article 2.6.1 before installation, the fire control equipment shall be subject to functional inspection, and the unqualified ones shall not be installed

article 2.6.2 when metal hose is used as casing, the length of external conductor of fire control equipment should not be greater than 2m, and it should be fixed with pipe clamp, and the spacing between fixed points should not be greater than 0.5m. The junction box (box) of metal hose and fire control equipment shall be fixed with lock nut and grounded according to the piping regulations

article 2.6.3 the ends of external conductors of fire control equipment shall be clearly marked

article 2.6.4 terminals of different voltage levels and current categories in the fire control equipment panel (cabinet) shall be separated and clearly marked

Section VII installation of system grounding device

article 2.7.1 working grounding wire shall be copper core insulated conductor or cable, and galvanized flat iron or metal hose shall not be used

article 2.7.2 when the working grounding wire from the fire control room to the grounding body passes through the wall, it should be threaded into steel pipes or other solid protective tubes

article 2.7.3 the working grounding wire must be separated from the protective grounding wire, and the protective grounding conductor must not use metal hoses

article 2.7.4 after the construction of grounding devices, concealed works shall be accepted in time. The acceptance shall include the following contents:

first, measure the grounding resistance and make records

II. Check the technical documents that should be submitted
